combine orange juice, curry powder, chicken bouillon, ginger, cinnamon and salt in slow cooker. stir in the apple, onion, garlic, raisins and coconut. place pork loins in the sauce.
whisk together the water and potato starch in a small bowl until there are no lumps, stir into slow cooker.
cover, cook on low until pork is very tender, 5-6 hours.
