Ingredients
- 8 ounces fresh chinese egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 8 ounces ground pork
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 scallions sliced on a diagonal
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped red chilies
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make oyster sauce, garlic, chinese egg noodles w pork

Step 1Cook the fresh Chinese noodles in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Step 2Mix the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and cornstarch together and mix so there are no lumps. Add the ground pork and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3In a large skillet or wok add the peanut oil. When it starts smoking add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Add the oyster sauce, garlic, scallions, and red chilies. Stir fry one minutes. Add the noodles and sprinkle the sugar over top and mix until the noodles are warmed through. Place in a bowl and garnish with cilantro
