- 1 pound bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 - eggs beat until foamy
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make overnight bacon casserole

Step 1Fry bacon and drain. Remove crusts from bread and cube. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and mustard. Mix well then add bacon and bread. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and refridgerate overnite.

Step 2Next day let stand at room temp. for 15 minutes. Then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
