Ingredients

1 lb
bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 slice
whole wheat bread
6
eggs beat until foamy
1 1/2 c
milk
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Overnight Bacon Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Fry bacon and drain. Remove crusts from bread and cube. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and mustard. Mix well then add bacon and bread. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and refridgerate overnite.
  • 2Next day let stand at room temp. for 15 minutes. Then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
