1 lbbacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
8 slicewhole wheat bread
6eggs beat until foamy
1 1/2 cmilk
1 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tspdry mustard
How to Make Overnight Bacon Casserole
- Fry bacon and drain. Remove crusts from bread and cube. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and mustard. Mix well then add bacon and bread. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and refridgerate overnite.
- Next day let stand at room temp. for 15 minutes. Then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
