4 lbpork (butt, shoulder)

How to Make Oven Kalua Pig
- Mix liquid smoke, salt and garlic in a bowl. Rub over pork and marinate overnight. Bake pork in a covered baking dish at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
Shred pork. Serve with white rice.
If you have banana leaves, cover the pork butt with them, cover and bake as directed.
