oven fried pork chops
I made these tonight for dinner and they were so trnder and juicy my family was oooing and ahhing the entire time they ate. Served them with my white pepper gravy and sides of spaetzle with butter, onion and garlic and with some white wine saurkraut! Yum!!

Ingredients
- - 8 1 inch thick boneless pork chops
- - 1 c panko
- - 1/2 c italian bread crumbs
- - 2 eggs
- - 1/4 c milk
- - garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt
How To Make oven fried pork chops

Step 1Season chops with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper and place in a covered dish and refrigerate till ready to cook.

Step 2In a small shallow dish mix bread crumbs, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt

Step 3In a small bowl whisk together 2 eggs and milk. Then add about 5 teaspoons of the breadcrumb mixture and whisk till combined.

Step 4Dredge pork chops thru the egg mixture and then thru the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides evenly

Step 5Place on a baking sheet sprayed well with non stick cooking spray

Step 6Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for an hour and a half (less time if pork chops are not thick) or until done and juicy and tender to cut
