The sauce ingredients sound strange, but trust me - it all works perfectly together! This is easy enough for a family dinner and tasty enough to serve to company. Hope you like it!

Brown pork chops, place in baking dish.

Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Bake at 325 degrees til chops are tender, about 1 1/2 hours depending on thickness of meat. Turn once during baking.
