Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can durkee or frences fried onion
- 24 ounces package hashbrowns, cubed, thawed
- - seasoned salt to taste
- - pepper to taste
How To Make oven baked pork chops and hashbrowns

Step 1Brown chops; season to taste. Combine soup, milk, sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon season salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add hashrowns. Spoon into 9X13 pan. Sprinkle on half the cheese and onions. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
