cream of mushroom soup
sour cream, fat-free
cheddar cheese, grated
durkee or frences fried onion
package hashbrowns, cubed, thawed
seasoned salt to taste
pepper to taste
How To Make oven baked pork chops and hashbrowns
Brown chops; season to taste. Combine soup, milk, sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon season salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add hashrowns. Spoon into 9X13 pan. Sprinkle on half the cheese and onions. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
