How to Make Our Christmas Ham
- If you are lucky they will have left some of the skin on the ham. Score the brown skin. The skin will pull away and become crispy..it's great to just eat like that.
- Add the 2 cups of water and the ham to your roasting pan.
- Bake at 350*. When it is almost done add enough potatoes for however many people you have. Cook potatoes until done...serve with the ham.
Don't throw out the juice of the ham...save it for making bean soup or other things. It's delicious. I have even use the ham juices when making bread.
