Ingredients
- - 2 1/2 to 3 pounds boneless pork country style ribs
- - nonstick cooking spray
- - 1 jar orange marmalade (10 oz)
- - 1 jar hoisin sauce (7.25 oz
- - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1 t. toasted sesame oil
- - hot cooked rice (optional)
How To Make orange sesame ribs (tnt)

Step 1Trim fat from ribs. Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray; heat skillet over medium heat. In hot skillet, cook ribs until brown. Drain off fat.

Step 2Place ribs in 2 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker. In a medium bowl, stir together marmalade, hoisin sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Pour over ribs in cooker; stir to coat meat with sauce. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 3. Transfer meat to a serving platter. Skim fat from sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the meat. Pass remaining sauce. If desired, serve with hot rice. Serves 4
