Got this from a book I have on casseroles. I just love casseroles. I always have. Love those one dish meals.

Ingredients

6 large 1/2 inch thick slices sweet potatoes
6 - think slices orange, unpeeled
6 - pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar

How To Make orange potatoes with chops

Step 1

Place potato slices in greased oblong baking dish; cover with orange slices. Top with pork chops. Season with salt and pepper; sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Uncover the last 30 minutes.
