My sweetie made these yummy pork chops for me in the early years. He hates to cook but he did such a good job with these chops. I have continued to make them for him since we both like them so well.

- 4 - 3/4 in thick center cut pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 cup chicken broth, condensed
- 1 cup orange juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make orange pork chops

Step 1Brown chops in oil. Add rice and onion to skillet and stir until rice is browned. Add chicken broth and orange juice. Stir in parsley flakes. Cover and cook on low for 25 minutes or until rice is done.
