This is a recipe I just created and my family absolutely loved it. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

  • 6-8 lb
    fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    frenchs mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    cream horseradish
  • 12 oz
    pineapple ice cream topping
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c
    orange blossom honey

How to Make Orange-Pineapple Ham


  1. Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
  2. In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
