This is a recipe I just created and my family absolutely loved it. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

6-8 lb
fully cooked bone-in ham
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
frenchs mustard
2 Tbsp
cream horseradish
12 oz
pineapple ice cream topping
1/8 tsp
ground allspice
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg
3/4 c
orange marmalade
1/4 c
orange blossom honey

How to Make Orange-Pineapple Ham


  • 1Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
  • 2In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  • 3Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
