Ingredients
- 6-8 pounds fully cooked bone-in ham
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon frenchs mustard
- 2 tablespoons cream horseradish
- 12 ounces pineapple ice cream topping
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
How To Make orange-pineapple ham

Step 1Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.

Step 2In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

Step 3Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
