Orange-Pineapple Ham

This is a recipe I just created and my family absolutely loved it. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

6-8 lb
fully cooked bone-in ham
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
frenchs mustard
2 Tbsp
cream horseradish
12 oz
pineapple ice cream topping
1/8 tsp
ground allspice
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp
ground cloves
1/8 tsp
ground nutmeg
3/4 c
orange marmalade
1/4 c
orange blossom honey


1Score the ham, combine spices and rub over ham. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.
2In medium sized bowl, combine wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
3Spread top of ham with wet mixture during the last hour of baking. Baste occasionally. Garnish with Kale and Orange Slices if desired.
