Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1(5to7) lb
    pork butt,trimmed
  • 3 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground ginger

How to Make Orange-Glazed Pork Butt

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring orange juice concentrate,honey,lime juice,butter and 1teaspoon ginger to a boil in sauce pan. Boil for 1 minute.Remove from heat.
  2. Sprinkle pork with garlic salt,pepper,and remaining 1 tablespoon ginger.Bake in oven at 350 3-4 hours or to a 165 on meat thermometer. Brush pork with orange glaze 30 minutes before end of cooking process.
  3. You can do this also in a slow cooker put on high setting for 8-9 hours or to a 165 on a meat thermometer.
