- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1(5to7) pound pork butt,trimmed
- 3 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
How To Make orange-glazed pork butt

Step 1Bring orange juice concentrate,honey,lime juice,butter and 1teaspoon ginger to a boil in sauce pan. Boil for 1 minute.Remove from heat.

Step 2Sprinkle pork with garlic salt,pepper,and remaining 1 tablespoon ginger.Bake in oven at 350 3-4 hours or to a 165 on meat thermometer. Brush pork with orange glaze 30 minutes before end of cooking process.

Step 3You can do this also in a slow cooker put on high setting for 8-9 hours or to a 165 on a meat thermometer.
