Orange Ginger Apple Pork Roast
I decided that I wanted to twist it up a bit so I used cinnamin apple sauce, and a wonderful product that I just discovered last week, Fusia's Orange Ginger Wok Sauce. I will never again be happy if this is not in my pantry. It goes with just about anything.
3 lbboneless pork roast
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
1 tsponion powder
1/2 ccinnamon apple sauce
1/2 corange ginger wok sauce
2 Tbspoil to brown roast
1 1/4 Tbspcorn starch to thicken glaze
How to Make Orange Ginger Apple Pork Roast
- Brown pork roast in heavy skillet and hot oil on all sides, place into prepared crockpot. I prepare my crockpot by spraying it well with a non-stick cooking spray, easier clean up.
- mix everything else together and pour over roast and cook on high for 4-6 hours. Turning once every hour or so to be sure glaze is coating entire roast. Test for doneness, let set for 5-10 minutes, slice across grain, and drizzle excess glaze from crockpot over the slices, serve.
