How to Make Onion Chops
- Place the pork chops, soup, and thyme in a dutch oven or covered casserole.
- Place in a preheated 300 degree oven.
- Cook for approx 2 hrs or until chops are tender.
- If you want to thicken the cooking liquid for gravy you can, but we serve it as is over mashed potatoes.
