Ingredients

  • 5 large russet potatoes peeled
  • 1 pound sausage ground
  • 1 large red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • - juice from 1 lemon
  • - olive oil
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make one pot fried potatoes with sausage

  • Step 1
    Par boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool until you can slice them into thin rounds.
  • Step 2
    Place some olive oil in a large skillet. Brown the sausage and remove to a plate. Place a little more olive oil in the skillet and add the potatoes, red bell pepper, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cook until potatoes are browned. Add the sausage back and the lemon juice. Cook until warmed through
