Ingredients

  • 4 small
    boneless pork chops
  • 3-4
    celery stalks
  • 4
    carrots
  • 1 can(s)
    beef or chicken broth
  • 1/2 -1 lb
    new potatoes
  • 2 -3 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to season

How to Make One Pan Pork Chop Meal

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cooking oil and chops in pan. Lightly brown chops on both sides in medium heat.
  2. Place broth, carrots, celery and new potatos cut up in pan.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Turn heat down and cover. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
