Ingredients
- 4 large bone in or boneless pork chops
- 2 large eggs-beaten
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons crisco lard
How To Make old fashioned fried pork chops

Step 1Mix together eggs, salt and pepper. In a plastic quart ziplock bag mix flour salt and pepper.

Step 2Melt lard in a skillet. Dip each pork chop in egg mixture. Then place in quart bag with flour mixture and shake.

Step 3Place coated chops in oil and fry on each side till done.
