Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 pound gound pork
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 1/8 cups red wine
- - salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package frozen corn
- - mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon bells poultry seasoning
How To Make not your momma's shepards pie

Step 1This recipe makes 2 pies! Heat a small amount of oil in a fry pan, add onions. When onions are soft add the pork and lamb.

Step 2Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, bells poultry seasoning, and wine. Let reduce a bit and taste adjust seasonings if needed.

Step 3Mix flour and water, then add to the fry pan with the meat. Cook until thickened.

Step 4Add meat to two pie dishes, top with frozen corn and top with mashed potatoes.

Step 5Place in 350 oven for 35 mins...freeze the extra one!
