Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground pork
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1Thoroughly combine all ingredients except flour, beef broth, heavy cream and chopped parsley.

Step 2Blend well and shape into about twenty four 1 1/2 inch meatballs.

Step 3Roll lightly in flour.

Step 4Place on rack of broiler pan in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5Drain.

Step 6Before serving, carefully remove meatballs to warm platter.

Step 7Stir heavy cream into broth in crockpot.

Step 8Mix until smooth.

Step 9Pour sauce over meatballs, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
