Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless pork butt, shoulder, or blade roast
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1-14 ounce diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes (heaping tablespoon)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper

Step 1Combine all ingredients in crockpot.

Step 2Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs. Or high 5 hrs.

Step 3When ready to serve, place on dish shredded.
