no bake shake n bake pork chops

I invented this recipe because we love Shake n Bake, but I do not like to heat up the whole house. We are in Texas so summer began last month so I devised this recipe. It went over so well that I will have to post pictures next time, there's none left!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Shake and Bake pork chops are always yummy and we liked this different version of making them. At first, we were unsure... the packet mixed in the gravy was a little gritty. But, the magic happens while everything simmers. The pork chops are juicy and tender. The gravy has a bold flavor with very little work. Prep is very easy for this pork chop recipe so it's an easy weeknight meal. We served it with pasta, but it would be delicious with mashed potatoes or rice too.
