I invented this recipe because we love shake n bake.. but I do not like to heat up the whole house, we are in Texas so summer began last month..lol I devised this recipe. It went over so well that I will have to post pictures next time, theres none left!
1brown onion and garlic in oil in a 6 quart dutch oven on medium hi..
2add your pork chops and brown on both sides, turn heat down to medium
3mix all other ingredients in 6 cup measuring bowl with a whisk, pour on your chops stir it around cover reduce to low/med and cook 40 min or until tender you will need to adjust your cooking time depending on thickness of meat.
