Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1-28 ounce can italian tomatoes
- 1- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil dried
- 1/4 teaspoon sage, dried
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 cups water
- 4 - lean pork chops, about 11/2 lb.
- 8 ounces fine spaghetti
How To Make neapolitan pork chops and spaghetti

Step 1Put first 10 ingredients into a large saucepan.

Step 2Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour stirring occasionally.

Step 3Trim meat from chops, leaving it in large pieces. Brown on all sides in a skillet.

Step 4Add meat and drippings to sauce and simmer for 1 hour longer.

Step 5Cook and drain spaghetti. Put on hot platter and cover with pork and sauce.
