My step-grandmother used to make this when I was a child & I absolutely loved it.

green beans
1 can(s)
hominy
1 small
onion, chopped
1/2-3/4 lb
ham
8 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 pkg
Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Nana Ann's veggie & ham casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer green beans, hominy, chopped onion,& ham.
  • 3Mix together sour cream & cream of celery soup. Spread on top of of casserole.
  • 4Crush Ritz crackers & sprinkle on top.
  • 5Place squares of butter on top of crushed Ritz crackers.
  • 6Bake in oven at 350 degrees until gold & bubbly on top.
