my version of hobo dinners

I first had these at a church work day we just threw them on the fire and klet them cook they were awsome

Ingredients

  • 4-6 - bonless porkchops or beef steaks diced
  • 4-6 - potatoes pealed and diced
  • 1 package frozen corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large onion diced
  • - salt, pepper
  • - worcestershire sauce

How To Make my version of hobo dinners

  • Step 1
    Mix the meat and onions, desired amunt of worcestershire sauce salt an pepper set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place a large peice of alluminum foil flat on a table place 2/3 cup or so of the potatoes,corn and meat mixture in the center of the foil. salt and pepper the corn and potatoes, next place a tbsp of butter on each of the corn and potatoes
  • Step 3
    Fold the sides up and seal very well cover with an additional piece of foil and seal place on fire or grill for 15 min. on each side. becareful when opening the steam is hot!!!
