How to Make My Sausage and Peppers

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Cover bottom of casserole with tomato sauce.
  2. Slice onions and peppers, and saute in a large frying pan in 1-2 tablespoons olive oil until vegetables are soft and tender. Set aside.
  3. In same pan, par-boil sausage for 10 minutes. Drain water from pan, slice sausage, and brown in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  4. When sausage is browned, combine with vegetables in the frying pan. Mix well, then transfer to casserole. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Serve with italian bread, and a green salad for a delicious meal. Enjoy!
