Every Christmas and Thanksgiving my mother would always bake this Ham.Great flavor the next day for breakfast, or sandwiches, or ham and biscuit.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 pound fully cooked, bone in ham
- 15 - whole cloves
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup brown mustard
- 1 cup apple juice
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1 can pineapple slices
How To Make my mother's holiday ham

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree, Remove skin from ham and trim fat, to 1/4 inch thickness, Make shallow cuts in fat in a diamond pattern. Push cloves into ham in a decorative pattern; place in a lightly grease roasting pan.

Step 2Stir together brown sugar and next 3ingredients. Pour over ham, saving 1/4 cup for basting the ham. bake for 2 hour or until meat thermometer inserted read 140. basting with juices and remaining glaze every 20 minutes.
