I started making this when my girls were young and they want it each time they are coming home for a visit. You can add additional ingredients if you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 lb
    lean sausage
  • 2 small
    onions (diced)
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz sliced mushrooms or fresh
  • 1 large
    green pepper (diced)
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • 1 jar(s)
    pizza sauce (preferred brand)

How to Make My Homemade Pizza in a Pan

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook and drain crumbled sausage and set aside. Put the pizza crust in bottom of greased 9 x 13 cake pan or on cookie sheet. Add pizza sauce, Sprinkle in layers sausage,onions, mushrooms, green pepper and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake about 45 minutes in 375 oven till crust is brown on bottom.
