My Absolute Favorite Meatloaf

Vicki H

This recipe might taste a little different to those who try it, because I use my own homemade pasta sauce as one of the ingredients. Putting in your own would probably make it more appetizing for you and family because its the flavor you are used to and like.

Great as left-overs for sandwiches too.

How to Make My Absolute Favorite Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees.

In a large bowl - add all ingredients and mix up well
  2. Form into a loaf for your casserole dish, or put into a loaf pan
  3. Bake @ 350 degrees - uncovered for 1-1/4 Hours.

Hopefully, the meat gave you enough juices to make your own gravy. If not, you can always improvise.
