Ingredients
- 1 - 4 lb bone-in ham
- 1 - 10 oz jar plum jam.
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
How To Make mustard & plum glazed baked ham

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Line a roasting pan w/ foil. Place ham on roasting rack, place in pan. Roast, uncovered 45 min. In small saucepan, stir together jam, juice, and ground cloves. Heat over low until melted & combined. Spoon 1/2 the sauce over ham. Tent ham w/ foil. Roast for another 1-1/2 hrs. Stir mustard into remaining sauce and heat through. Serve remaining sauce w/ ham.
