    4 lb bone-in ham
  • 1
    10 oz jar plum jam.
  • 1/4 c
    pomegranate juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard

How to Make Mustard & plum glazed baked ham

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Line a roasting pan w/ foil. Place ham on roasting rack, place in pan. Roast, uncovered 45 min. In small saucepan, stir together jam, juice, and ground cloves. Heat over low until melted & combined. Spoon 1/2 the sauce over ham. Tent ham w/ foil. Roast for another 1-1/2 hrs. Stir mustard into remaining sauce and heat through. Serve remaining sauce w/ ham.
