mushroom pork chops
I used to make these when I lived at home. Now I make them for my hubby. Use boneless or bone in chops, whatever you prefer.

- pork chops
- cream of mushroom soup
- onions, sliced, optional
How To Make mushroom pork chops

Step 1Spray a skillet with Pam and sear chops quickly on both sides. If using onio, slice in bottom of 9x13. If not, put some soup on the bottom and put chops on top. Cover chops with mushroom soup. Bake in 300 degree oven until chop slides off a fork easily.

Step 2You can serve over rice, with noodles, or mashed potatoes. The soup makes good gravy!

Step 3note: when I get 8 chops, I get 2 family size cans of the soup, and its perfect.
