Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon each rice vinegar and chile garlic sauce
  • 8 - old el paso mini taco bowls
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 - green onions thinly sliced
  • - fresh cilantro for garnish
  • - lime wedges for serving

How To Make moo shu pork bowls

  • Step 1
    Place the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and pork and cook until pork is cooked through. Add the brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and chile garlic sauce.
  • Step 2
    Heat the bowls in microwave then divide the cabbage, and carrots between the bowls. Top with pork mixture. Then add the green onions and cilantro. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice
