Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons each brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon each rice vinegar and chile garlic sauce
- 8 - old el paso mini taco bowls
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3 - green onions thinly sliced
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
- - lime wedges for serving
How To Make moo shu pork bowls

Step 1Place the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and pork and cook until pork is cooked through. Add the brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and chile garlic sauce.

Step 2Heat the bowls in microwave then divide the cabbage, and carrots between the bowls. Top with pork mixture. Then add the green onions and cilantro. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice
