- 4 - pork chops center bone-in
- 1 Cup - minute rice
- 1Cup - water
How To Make mom's pork chops and rice

Step 1Saute seasoned 4 bone-in pork chops..salt and pepper sparingly in hot skillet both sides. Add the cup of Instant Rice around the chops..allow to brown slightly.Add Cup of water..cover a d cook till rice plumped with water. NOTE COOKING HINT BELOW: Choose chops with fat on edge..remove fat and render first in the pot.
