This was an easy recipe to pop in the oven on Sundays after church. And these pork chops are good, too.

Ingredients

  • 6 - pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • - pinch of dry ginger
  • - salt and peppe to taste

How To Make mom's indiana pork chops

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay pork chops in a 9 by 13 inch pan. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over pork chops. Cover pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serve hot with potatoes.
