How to Make moms chop suey
- brown beef or pork,mushrooms in shortening add onions.celery,ginger,salt,pepper,bouillon cubes,water: simmer stirring occasionally 20-30 mins until meat is tender.
- add beansprouts.chestnuts,bamboo shoots conbine cornstarch,soysauce. stir into mixture; simmer 10 min. serve over hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles sprinkle 1/4 toasted almonds (opional)
