My mom made this casserole for me when I was growing up and it's been one of my breakfast favorites! She also took it to church breakfasts and it was always a hit!! The leftovers are also great warmed up in a tortilla for breakfast the next morning!

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups garlic and cheese croutons
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 pound bulk italian breakfast sausage
- 6 ounces shredded cheese, colby jack
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- - salsa for topping
How To Make mom's breakfast casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and let set 6 hours to overnight in fridge. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes. Serve with your favorite salsa
