Mom used Open Pit or Don the Beachcomber Sweet and Sour BBQ sauce. I personally prefer country style pork ribs when I make didn't specify.

How to Make Mom's Barbecue Ribs


  1. Put ribs meaty side up in low roasting pan. Salt and pepper, bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Place onions on meat in rings. Add barbecue sauce and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes, uncover and bake 15-30 minutes.
