Ingredients
- 1 - fully cooked ham
- 1 large can round pineapple
- 1 small jar marachino cherries drained
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 - 6 oz can pineapple juice
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make mom's baked ham and pineapple gravy

Step 1Place ham in roasting pan on a rack. Take the round pineapple and drain reserving the juice and with toothpicks place them on the ham. In the middle of the pineapple rounds place a marachino cherry.

Step 2Place butter, reserved pineapple juice, the canned pineapple juice, wine, brown sugar and 2 cups water in roaster. Roast at 350 degrees until the internal temp of ham is 140 degrees.

Step 3Place the pan drippings in a saucepan. bring to a boil. Mix the flour and water together and whisk into the gravy until thickened
