Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork spare ribs cut into serving sizes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 cups water
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons hot fat for browning
- 3/4 cup sugar
- - salt and pepper
How To Make mom sykes sweet and sour spare ribs

Step 1Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper, brown in 2 tablespoons of melted Crisco. While browning, sprinkle with mixture of 4 tablespoons of flour and 3/4 cups of sugar.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine these ingredients then pour over ribs and cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 or until tender. 1/2 cup of soy sauce 4 cups of water 1 medium onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped 2/3 cup vinegar
