Ingredients
- 1 - egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup dried panko bread crums
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound ground, fully cooked ham
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- CHERRY SAUCE
- 1/2 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
How To Make moist ham loaf

Step 1In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. crumble ham and turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9x5 loaf pan.

Step 2Bake uncovered at 375F for 50-55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Step 3In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve sauce down the center top of loaf. (like picture shows) Enjoy!
