Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound hot italian sausage
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, fresh
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 package mozzarella string cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
How To Make "mmm..azing!" mozzarella meatballs '

Step 1Mix everything except cut up mozzarella string cheese.

Step 2Form meatballs about 1 1/2-2 inches & insert a cube of mozzarella string cheese into the center of the meatball.

Step 3Make a light layer of sauce in the crockpot. Add some meatballs, layer more sauce, add more meatballs.. Then sauce (you know the drill).

Step 4Cook on HIGH for 2-2 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
