Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    hot italian sausage
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese, fresh
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    parsley
  • 1 pkg
    mozzarella string cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato sauce

How to Make "Mmm..AZING!" Mozzarella Meatballs '

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix everything except cut up mozzarella string cheese.
  2. Form meatballs about 1 1/2-2 inches & insert a cube of mozzarella string cheese into the center of the meatball.
  3. Make a light layer of sauce in the crockpot. Add some meatballs, layer more sauce, add more meatballs.. Then sauce (you know the drill).
  4. Cook on HIGH for 2-2 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
