Cook approx. 6 minutes, then add ground beef, sausage, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano. Cook til no longer pink, drain.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, add ricotta, cottage cheese, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/4 cup parmesean.
  2. In a 9x13 coated pan, add 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, spread along the bottom. Then add uncooked lasagna noodles across the pan. Next, layer ricotta mixture on top of noodles. Add layer of meat. Repeat layers, top w remaining sauce & cheese. Sprinkle water over top of layers, add remaining parsley. Cover w foil for 50 minutes, remove foil, bake an additional 15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Enjoy!
