microwave stuffed pork chops

This is a family favorite. There are only a few ingredients, but the flavor is great and the pork chops are very moist and tender. I usually double the sauce because everyone loves to pour it over the stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 4 - pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 6-oz packages seasoned stuffing mix, prepared

How To Make microwave stuffed pork chops

  • Step 1
    Cut pocket in pork chops. Stuff with stuffing.
  • Step 2
    Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and chili powder.
  • Step 3
    Brush 1/2 of the mixture over pork chops.
  • Step 4
    Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at medium power for 35 to 40 minutes. Rotate 1/2 turn after 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Let stand for 5 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze.
  • Step 6
    NOTE: Cooking times can vary depending how thick your chops are. The last time I made this, my chops were pretty thin and they only took around 10-15 minutes.
