1 1/2 lbboneless pork roast

1/2 ceach of red and green pepper, diced

1/3 cfinely chopped celery
-
1/2 cfinely chopped sweet onion

1 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspeach of seasoning salt and garlic powder,( feel free to add more garlic powder)
How to Make Mexican Style Crock-Pot Pork
- Place the roast in a 2 quart crockpot
- Add rest ingredients over meat
- Cook for 6 hours on low, remove meat and shred.
- Return meat to pot and stir to mix in the juices and cook for one more hour.
