How to Make Mexican Pork Chops
- Rub chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a little oil.
- Place in a baking dish,9x13in.so they do not overlap(much).Sprinkle all the rice over chops.
- In a seperate bowl, mix warm water and taco seasoning til dissolved.Add tomato sauce and mix well.Pour over rice and chops.
- Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350*deg. for 1 hour. Remove from oven and take foil off. Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven until cheese is brown and bubbly.
