I love tator tots. This is a great dish your kids will like. I also put some fresh cilantro in it.

Ingredients
- 6-8 - hotdogs diced
- 1 - 16 ounce can of baked beans
- 1 - 11 oz of mexicorn drained
- 1 cup of your favorite salsa
- 1 cup or more of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups frozen tator tots
How To Make mexican hot dog casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

Step 3Then combine all of the ingredients except for half of the cheese and the tator tots.

Step 4Put the hotdog mixture in the casserole dish and then top with the tator tots in a single layer.

Step 5Bake for 30 mins then top with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more mins till cheese is melted.
