Ingredients
- 12 ounces beer
- 12 ounces water
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- - salt to taste
- 3 pounds rough ground beef
- 2 pounds rough ground pork
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 5 - whole jalapeno peppers
- 5 - garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons masa harina
- 1 tablespoon pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon honey
How To Make mescalero chili

Step 1Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a boil.

Step 2Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and salt to taste.

Step 3Fry meat and then add to pot.

Step 4Saute the onions and bell peppers in the meat grease and add to pot.

Step 5Add tomato paste and all other ingredients.

Step 6Cook for 45 minutes stirring often.
