Memphis Barbecue Burger Casserole

1 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese,divided

1 cshredded swiss cheese,divided

1 cshredded colby jack cheese,divided

1/4 cyour favorite barbecue sauce
How to Make Memphis Barbecue Burger Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Sprinkle with 1 cup french fried onions to a greased 3-qt.baking dish.
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
- In a large skillet,cook beef over medium heat until no
longer pink;drain.Stir in taco seasoning,brown sugar and diced red onion. - In a medium saucepan,combine cheese sauce,onion soup mix and half of sharp cheddar,swiss and colby jack cheese on medium-low heat,stir in pasta;mix well.Pour
into a prepared baking dish. - Layer with prepared shredded pork on cheese-pasta mixture,top with beef mixture.Sprinkle with remaining
cheeses and french fried onions.Drizzle with barbecue sauce.Bake at 375 degrees for
40 minutes or until bubbly.
