This recipe has been in my family for as long as I can remember.(If not longer!!) Everyone I know that has had these pork chops loves them!!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 - pork chops, boneless
  • 2 large cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package baby carrots ( or more if you like)
  • 6-8 large potatoes (peeled and cut up)

How To Make melt in your mouth pork chops

  • Step 1
    Place pork chops and cream of mushroom soup in crock-pot at low setting overnight. ( Not the keep warm setting) Peel and cut up potatoes, put them in the fridge in water. This way they are ready to add to the pork chops. When you get up in the morning add the potatoes and carrots to the crock-pot. Check potatoes and carrots 2 hours before serving time to see if they are done. If they are not done, turn heat to high til they are. Serve with soup as a gravy and enjoy!!! You could also make this using chicken or steak and you can also use different vegetables!! And you can add any seasonings you like to add that extra flavor!! (I like to add onions and garlic!)
