megan's holiday ham
I love having ham at the holidays (okay, except Thanksgiving, although sometimes I add a smaller ham alongside that turkey). I just never wanted to take all the time to add pineapple and cherries, and baste all the time. So this was such an easy way to make the ham super moist while baking. Enjoy!

- 1 - butt portion, sliced spiral ham
- - diet coke
How To Make megan's holiday ham

Step 1Put your spiral ham into roasting pan and put diet coke or coke, or coke zero into the pan. If you want you could probably use a cherry flavored pop so that it is more like the old fashioned ham, but I never have.

Step 2Cover with tinfoil so that the pop steams into the ham. you may need to add more pop if it absorbs during the cooking time...If the ham came with a seasoning packet, you can prepare that and top with the seasoning if you want as well.

Step 3Serve when heated through.
